Vision Source Joins Arizona Care Network as Eye Health & Vision Services Provider
Vision Source named as an eye health and vision care provider for Arizona Care Network patients
HOUSTON (February 25, 2014) - Texas-based optometric alliance Vision Source announced today that its Phoenix area members have joined Arizona Care Network, a clinically integrated accountable care organization led by physicians and supported by Abrazo Health and Dignity Health Arizona, to provide eye health and vision services to Arizona Care Network’s patient base within the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Arizona Care Network patients will have access to nearly 30 clinicians in 14 participating optometric practices in the Vision Source network in the aforementioned areas.
