Served as General Manager for two major optical chains prior to joining Vision Source during his 22+ year optical career.

Member Services elevates the understanding of how Vision Source benefits are structured and facilitates training to maximize our wide-ranging value proposition.

Responsible for maintaining high levels of member satisfaction, retention, and company training.

My hero is… 

Both parents, Rick and Jacqueline Burnside - My parents focused on instilling faith, ethics, and a sincere appreciation of others.  I’m very thankful for the numerous sacrifices to support my extra-curricular activities such as baseball, football, track, and band while stressing the importance of being a good student and citizen.
